Sara Kilian, treasurer

Sara is the Vice President and General Counsel of Perforce Software, Inc. In her role, Sara is responsible for the legal and compliance functions of Perforce, as well as overseeing the corporate expansion and advising the executive team.  With experience representing organizations of all sizes in her prior private practice experience, Sara’s background spans a broad spectrum of legal areas, such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and tax planning and compliance.

In her spare time, Sara is a volunteer with the Children’s Law Center as a volunteer attorney advocating for children while they are part of the Minnesota foster care system.  She also is an avid hockey player.
